    Vinification      : Very old vines about 100 years.The grapes are gently crushed and fermentation carried out through natural and locally yeast. Maceration lasts six or seven weeks. No enological intervention of any kind is carried out nor are any additives introduced, No added sulphites.

    Aging                : Aged in wooden barrels for about 36 months.
