Vinification      : The grapes which was planted around the 1950 are gently crushed and fermentation carried out through natural and locally yeast. Maceration lasts two or four weeks. No enological intervention of any kind is carried out nor are any additives introduced, No added sulphites.

Aging                : Aged in inox for about 6 months.
