Vinification : Spontaneous fermentation in cement tanks and maceration for 50 to 60 days on the skins.

"Wine is nothing other than sunlight held together by water". This is the reason for the name Solata, a wine made from white grapes typical of their area, harvested by hand and left to macerate for a long time, thus giving the wine more intense aromas, flavours, colours and a decidedly marked character.
