Vinification      : Based on the quality of the skins,  they decide how much to leave the grapes in contact or not.  Fermentation in barrels at slightly higher temperatures for longer macerations, fermentation at slightly lower temperatures for shorter macerations in steel. After 10 months blend and then bottle for another 8 months.
