Malolactic fermentation: in large oak barrels. Aging                  : 3 years in small, medium and large Slavonian oak barrels, 1 year in the bottle till released. To be served    : 16-18℃

This wine distinguishes itself from the rest of the production because Benjamin created it with passion. The name origins form the historic local toponym Ruje.
